| Clara Lick Head – Community Partnerships She spearheads all fund raising and community partnership efforts for the charity. |
| Kalaiselvi T Head – Finance She is responsible for the charity’s financial administration. |
| Alison Chang Senior Programme Development Executive Lavanya Ganesan and Grace Mui Programme Development Executives They plan and execute general and specific - illness group programmes for the charity. |
| Sylvia Mak and Melody Calpase – Senior Social Workers Jacelyn Loh, Rushell Ronda & Lim Wee Meng - Social Workers Soh Kwan Rong- Social Work Associate Cynthia Lau – Senior Counselor Pauline Leong - Counselor They provide emotional support to our Rainbow Children and their families. They conduct counselling sessions, facilitate workshops and group sharing sessions for the Rainbow children and their families. They also handle the applications for financial assistance. |

| Sarah Lim Academic Support Executive - KKH Family Resource Centre Cherie Low Academic Support Executive - NUH Family Resource Centre They are MOE qualified teachers who teach children warded in our partner hospitals and plan a variety of educational programmes and centre based tuition classes. |
| Ng Thin Hoong Donor Management Executive He manages matters concerning individual donors. |
| Vicki Sim Volunteer Management Executive She liaises with individual and corporate volunteers to provide support to the organisation’s programmes and services. |
| Vincent Lai Centre Executive – RFCC He is responsible for the day to day operations of the Rainbow Family Care Centre. |
| Sally Ong Centre Executive – KKH Family Resource Centre Norashikin A Bakar Centre Executive – NUH Family Resource Centre They are responsible for the day to day operations of our Family Resource Centres. |
