Club Rainbow has a small team of staff to manage the daily running of the charity.

| Maria Dela Soledad Azada-Maniano Head – Programme Development She oversees the planning and execution of programme. |
| Head – Community Partnerships (vacant) He/she spearheads all fund raising and community partnership efforts for the charity. |
| Kalaiselvi T Head – Finance She is responsible for the charity’s financial administration. |
| Alison Chang and Judy Aee Programme Development Executives They plan and execute general and specific - illness group programmes for the charity. |
| Sylvia Mak – Senior Social Worker Sandi Tan and Melody Calpase – Social Workers Cynthia Lau – Senior Counselor Pauline Leong – Counselor They provide emotional support to our Rainbow Children and their families. They conduct counselling sessions, facilitate workshops and group sharing sessions for the Rainbow children and their families. They also handle the applications for financial assistance. |
| Trinidad-Koh Deng Ping Academic Support Executive (KKH) A MOE qualified teacher, she teaches children warded in our partner hospital and plans a variety of educational programmes and centre based tuition classes. |
| Cherie Low Academic Support Executive (NUH) A MOE qualified teacher, she teaches children warded in our partner hospital and plans a variety of educational programmes and centre based tuition classes. |
| Nurhuda Md. Zain Donor Management Executive She manages matters concerning individual donors. |
| Volunteer Management Executive (vacant) He/She liaises with individual and corporate volunteers to provide support to the organisation’s programmes and services. |
| Vincent Lai Administrative Executive He handles all administrative duties of the charity. |
| Norashikin A Bakar Centre Coordinator – RFCC She is responsible for the day to day operations of the Rainbow Family Care Centre. |
| Evelyn Ong Centre Manager – RCRC (NUH & KKH) She oversees operations, programs and administration of Rainbow Care and Resource Centres. |
| Sally Ong Centre Executive – RCRC (KKH) She is responsible for the day to day operations of our Rainbow Care and Resource Centre at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. |
| Eng Siew Swan Executive Secretary She provides administrative support to Council. |
| John Victor Logistics & Transport Manager He transports Club Rainbow’s beneficiaries and handle logistics matters. |
