Patron
We are honoured to announce the appointment of Mr Eric Chua, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Law & Ministry of Social and Family Development, as Club Rainbow (Singapore)’s Patron as of 1 April 2026.
This marks a meaningful milestone for Club Rainbow as we continue our mission to support children with chronic illnesses and their families. Mr Chua has been a strong advocate for community support, inclusion, and family well-being — causes that closely resonate with the mission and work we do every day.
His advocacy for sustained support and stronger transition pathways for SPED graduates beyond the age of 18 also reflects Club Rainbow’s ongoing commitment to empowering our youths beyond childhood and into adulthood.
Having joined us at Climb for Rainbows last year, where he witnessed the strength and spirit of our children and families firsthand, we are heartened to have Mr Chua continue journeying alongside us and championing our meaningful cause.
“I am honoured to be appointed Patron of Club Rainbow (Singapore), and grateful for the opportunity to support a mission that brings hope, strength and community to children with chronic illnesses and their families.
Club Rainbow’s work is deeply meaningful because it reminds every child that they are more than their illness, and every family that they are not alone. Through its care, programmes and dedicated network of volunteers and partners, Club Rainbow helps create moments of courage, joy and possibility, even in difficult seasons.
As Patron, I hope to help champion this spirit of care, so that every child can feel supported, every family can feel strengthened, and together, we continue building a Singapore where no one walks their journey alone.”
We look forward to this new chapter together as we continue building brighter possibilities for our Club Rainbow community!
