Club Rainbow has a small team of staff, led by the following Management staff to manage the daily running of the charity.

Teo Siang Loong

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Siang Loong joined Club Rainbow on 23 April 2015 and was promoted to Executive Director on 1 November 2019.  Prior to joining Club Rainbow, he has 13 years of working experience primarily in community and youth development across the government, education, non-profit and entrepreneurship sectors supporting the development and empowerment of youths and senior citizens in the community. 

NURULHUDA ABU BAKAR

HEAD - SOCIAL WORK

Nurul joined Club Rainbow on 4 January 2017 and was promoted to Acting Head on 1 August 2020.  Before joining Club Rainbow, she led a social work team in a residential setting. She has 15 years of working experience in the social service setting, mainly in the community, healthcare and residential settings, and has worked closely with families, the elderly and children.

SHIRLEY TAY

HEAD - FINANCE & ADMIN

Shirley joined Club Rainbow as Head, Finance and Admin in October 2020. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant of Singapore and has close to 30 years of relevant working experience in the commercial sectors including a listed company in Singapore, manufacturing, services and not-for-profit organisations.
