About Artist:
Sage Tan lives with Maple Syrup Urine Disease and other medical challenges, including bilateral optic neuropathy, a language disorder and food and drug allergies. Despite these obstacles, Sage began his artistic journey at home, where his mother introduced and inspired him to do art.
His creative skills blossomed further when he attended Club Rainbow's arts development programmes, and his architectural sketches have been featured in Club Rainbow’s exclusive SG60 merchandise collection. He dreams of becoming an art teacher or professional artist, using his journey to inspire others to persevere through adversity.
